Kakanj, 5.10.2017.

Nermin Mandra, the municipal Mayor, hosted officially a group of children – attendees of the creative workshops conducted by NGO “Alternative” Kakanj. The children had the following messahges for the mayor: “Because I am a child and I live in this town, I need clean air and cleaner town; the street behind the building to be asphalted because there is lot of dust when I play; free health care; free foreign language courses and free chocolates. We need more programs for children; I need a yacht; we need swimming pools. We need school lockers and that wasp nest to be removed because it disturbs me when I eat candies.” All the requests were registered and the Mayor gave answers which satisfied the children and started discussion. It was a useful and constructive if sometimes quite joyful discussion.
